Payment

All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders,
personal checks, cashier’s checks, PayPal, and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.

Shipping

When in stock, orders are shipped within 2 business days by the method specified at checkout. If there is a problem with the
order the customer will be notified by E-mail listed on the order at checkout.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error Optikwerks
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Optikwerks shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Modification

products that we sell are often designed in or are from Germany often these products may require light to extensive modification
to fit North American spec. vehicles. It is the customers responsibility to ask a sales agent if any modification needs to be done for
proper fitment, prior to any purchase.

Warranty/Liability

All products sold by Optikwerks are sold “as is” in new condition to the customer. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer,
warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Optikwerks are aftermarket products and are
intended for off-road or show use only. Optikwerks isnot liable for any damages or injury as a result ofthese products.
Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these productsare not approved
for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is
the responsibility of the buyer. Optikwerks will not be responsible for the customer’s actions.

Shipping Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person.
Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred,
physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and
other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Optikwerks within 24 hours
to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

Returns

Returns - returns will require authorization except for defective products which may be returned with explanation
with original invoice. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on returns without offsetting order or products returned. All returns
must be authorized and approved by Optikwerks All return requests must be made within 10 days after receiving order. All
approved returns must be returned to Optikwerks. in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging).
Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to
Optikwerks if the product is not received in original packaging or better. In the event that damage does occur, a claim has to
be settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be
returned to customer at his/her own expense. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non refundable.
